ILL Clan Animation Studios is an award-winning machinima animation studio with over ten years of experience producing original content and work for hire. Called "machinima masters" by Wired Magazine we’ve been a key player in pioneering this medium since its origins in 1997.
Since then we’ve produced animation for clients such as CBS, NBC, MTV, Bantam Dell, Universal, Warner Brothers and IBM, including key animation sequences in two episodes of the primetime drama "CSI: NY" and a pre–Super Bowl commercial for "Two and a Half Men."

The ILL Clan Team
Paul Jannicola has been involved with machinima in many roles since 1997. He has been a writer, virtual cinematographer and voice actor for the ILL Clan giving life to such characters as Reggie the Realtor in "Apartment Huntin'," Cook Carl in "Hardly Workin'," Mal the Missile in "Tra5h Ta1k" and most recently - N00b in the ILL Clan's "The Grid Review" - Winner for Best Series in the Machinima Film Festival UK 2007. In addition to writing and voice-over work, he has contributed his songwriting skills penning such songs as "YouTube" and "The Second Life Song." Paul scored all episodes of the AT&T sponsored "Life In The Virtual Hills" and provided all foley as well as some voiceover. Most recently, Paul was one of the machinimists who provided footage for CSI NY's two Second Life based episodes, "Down The Rabbit Hole" and "Doa For A Day."
Frank Dellario has served as producer, director and cinematographer at the ILL Clan on numerous productions since 1997, bringing his 20 plus years experience in film production to great use. He's produced and directed machinima projects for clients such as CBS, Paramount, Universal, Warner Brothers, Intel, MTV, and Microsoft. Some of his recent directorial work won Best Music Video and Best 30 Second Commercial at Machinima Asia. He is also a board member of the Academy of Machinima Arts and Sciences (AMAS) has executive produced the Machinima Film Festival in the US.
Kerria Seabrooke has directed, written and produced over 60 animated films at ILL Clan Animation Studios. She is co-creator of "Tra5hTa1k," the voice of Daisy in Mtv's "Life In The Virtual Hills" and director/writer/producer/actor for "The Grid Review" which won best series in the Machinima Film Festival Europe 2007. She has a BFA from Corcoran College of Art and studied filmmaking at SVA. Kerria is a published author as well as a contributor to "The Kid’s World Almanac" and the award-winning HBO documentary "Nine Good Teeth." Her recent work includes writing the mysteries for the Virtual CSI: NY game and the machinima footage for two CSI NY episodes, "Down The Rabbit Hole" and "Doa For A Day."
Tom Donnelly has been an editor and After Effects artist since 1997. He was post producer for several television shows, most notably for over 200 regular season episodes and specials of TLC's interior design hit "Trading Spaces." He's since been a machinimist, editor and fx artist on numerous productions for clients such as IBM, CBS, and MTV. Creative Partners
Damien Fate has worked in 3D design since 1993, over which time he has created award winning art, designs and product branding using various computer design platforms. He also has extensive experience creating content for Second Life, where he now runs two successfully asset and character shops. With advanced skills in 3D character design and set building, texturing and animation, Damien brings a wide range of abilities to any machinima project. As a freelancer whose clients have included The Electric Sheep Company, Xerox, Ben & Jerry's, IBM, CBS and Universal, Damien's most recent work involved creating assets and animations for the "Virtual CSI: NY" game and two "CSI: NY" episodes, "Down The Rabbit Hole" and "DOA for a Day."
Michael Johns has several years of experience handling commercial graphics, 3D texturing and modeling, screen printing, video editing and production, and character and set illustration. His IT background gives him a lot of insight into using a wide range of digital mediums adeptly and efficiently. |
